EpicFinance™ integrates seamlessly with the Underwriter system through Epic Bridge, pulling client and policy data directly from the source to eliminate re‑keying and duplication. Premium finance agreements can be initiated either directly within Underwriter or inside EpicFinance™, with all relevant data populated automatically. This approach ensures a single, connected workflow across insurers, brokers, and premium finance entities.
Agreement Creation & Approval Workflow
EpicFinance™ allows users to create finance agreements with configurable interest rates, payment frequencies, and loan durations, ensuring flexibility for different customer profiles. Payment schedules are generated automatically, and agreements can be printed or emailed, with all supporting documentation including signed and scanned forms attached to each record. Rule‑based approval controls enable straight‑through processing for low‑value agreements while routing higher‑value agreements for mandatory review.
Receipting & Payment Processing
The platform supports multiple payment methods, including cash, card, bank deposits through bulk imports, and online payments. EpicFinance™ can generate a single consolidated receipt covering multiple agreements, which can be printed or emailed directly from the system. Flexible receipting options support direct cashier entry, bank file imports, and online payment portals to simplify reconciliation.
Automated Collections & Delinquency Management
EpicFinance™ includes built‑in delinquency rules designed specifically for premium financing, automating reminders and escalations based on defined timelines. The system automatically calculates late fees, proration on cancellation, and outstanding balances as agreements progress. Rescinding, cancellation, and agreement closure are fully supported, with notifications routed according to predefined business rules.
Notifications & Customer Communication
Automated SMS and email notifications keep customers informed before payments fall due and after they become overdue. Configurable escalation rules help collections teams stay proactive while significantly reducing manual follow‑up. Where required, EpicFinance™ can integrate with external communication channels such as WhatsApp through secure system bridges.
